wrestling
Wrestling is a combat sport that many people like to do. Not everyone can be good at wrestling. It takes time and a lot of practice to be good at it. In wrestling, there are things you gotta follow every day. You do not wanna get pinned during wrestling or practice. Your opponent will get a point if you get pinned, by any way. That's why you always gotta fall in your stomach when someone is tryna take you down. Wrestling can also be a violent sport. Because it is a very physical sport. You always gotta know your moves. That's why a lot of wrestlers start around six or seven. That's when they learn things. But it also has benefits when you do it. Like wrestling helps to control and discipline oneself. Wrestling develops control of aggressiveness. There are people that are always angry. It also allows you to develop and build yourself better and more respected. It might also help develop a lot of things in your body. Also Wrestling develops communication and social skills to use when you need it. Wrestling also can get you serious stuff. There are a lot of contact injuries from high-impact throws, twists and specific dislocations. It might also cause sprains, contusions (bruises), dislocations, fractures, concussions, and even serious injury. There's people who think wrestling is easier than boxing. But also some people think wrestling is harder. As a wrestler I would say wrestling is 100% harder. Also becoming good at boxing is not a walk in the park. You gotta put in the work and sweat. It's all about you putting in the work. For example, wrestling is a very grueling sport. You can just walk in the ring. You gotta use all the muscles in your body for a long period. During a match, you will often be so tired that you are relying purely on muscle memory. You will wanna give up, but you cannot let your opponent win.
